Hotelier.id provides a cloud-based ERP solution designed for the hospitality industry, which includes modules for property management, reservations, point of sale, inventory, and accounting. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service at any time to improve overall performance and user experience.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by your employees or authorized staff.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

  • Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) as selected during your sign-up process.
  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade your plan or add additional properties/rooms, prorated charges will apply.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Hotelier.id software or underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to process illicit transactions or store illegal data.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, guest information, and financial records you input into the Service (“User Data”). You grant Hotelier.id a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and transmit your User Data strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from your guests to collect and process their personal information through our platform.
  • Privacy: Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, graphics, and underlying code associated with Hotelier.id are the exclusive property of Hotelier.id and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the software itself.

7. Termination

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to delete your User Data from our active servers 30 days after account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotelier.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Indonesia.
